We have over 10 years experience in change management, a field that has only been around for just over twenty years. This experience has enabled us to use, adapt and to develop our own tools to increase the success of leading change.

We moved away from problem diagnosis, developing alternatives and implementation because of the high levels of resistance from staff. It was defeating the purpose. Motivated employees work harder and with fewer mistakes.

We now use a positive change approach based on Appreciative Inquiry, Appreciative Coaching and Positive Psychology. This, in effect, turbo charges your organisation by improving what you are already doing well and developing your dreams and goals for the future. An attribute of the great organisation is that it harnesses the creativity and passion to deliver the goals and dreams of the people involved.
