An Australian by birth, Karen has lived and worked in Britain since 1978. She has a passion for understanding how people behave, and using that understanding to help individuals and organisations to achieve their business goals. She specialises in strategic thinking and implementation, change leadership and realising the potential of individuals.

Working as a consultant and interim manager , working for Safeguarding Children, several housing associations and Abbey Community Association, she has developed a unique approach to change incorporating the latest research from organisation development and learned optimism.
