Team Building
Even the best teams have periods where they need a chance to stand back and look at how they are working within the team and within the division or organisation. This one day event offers time to reflect, energise and devise changes based upon the strengths of the team.

Here we explore the impact of being either pessimistic or optimistic on yourself, your team and everyone who comes in contact with you. Attending a ‘We can do it!™’ day increases your awareness of how you come across to others, how your thinking drives your actions and increases your toolkit for developing a ‘can do’ culture.
Positive change leadership
There is a paradigm shift in the demands upon leaders and leadership.
This is no longer the province of purely the CEO and board but
all managers have an element of leadership. This 2½-day
programme discusses the demands upon leaders, the different
styles and provides the opportunity for you to design your own
style using our positive change approach.
Leading change
This 3-day programme explores the elements of the positive change
approach; you experience a mini version of the approach so you
see how the whole approach fits together and how you would start
in your organisation.
Facilitation Skills
Client independence is one of our aims. This two-day course provides the skills to facilitate in-house action learning sets. Individuals interested in becoming in-house facilitators for programmes operating within the organisation.
COACHING
One-on-One coaching
There will be occasions where providing one-on-one assistance
provides that extra boost to embedding new skills, review current
approaches to work and life, explore strategic direction of
the individual and the organisation or their role.
Group coaching
All participants
are from the same organisation and use the coaching sessions
to help them to achieve their goals and dreams. This may be
where all participants work on different aspects of the same
project or each participant has their own project and gains
support and guidance from the others.
ACTION LEARNING
Leadership forums
This is a closed set of meetings for six to eight participants
who want to explore issues and approaches with others outside
the organisation. Each meeting is for up to one day with a minimum
of six meetings.
Insight
Embedding and using new skills, knowledge and ideas is essential. Insight provides the opportunity to do just that whilst supporting and being supported by colleagues. The benefits of Insight are that they develop relationships and networks across the organisation; people learn how different aspects of the organisation dovetail together.
NETWORK
‘The Great Company’ network
Having attended a programme, you wish to keep up to date with
developments in the approach, share your experiences, gain support
from others. There is a discussion board, information sheets
and scheduled meetings throughout the year.
