This is no ordinary workshop.

When you have time and can try new ideas and concepts incrementally, taking time out for training is not so important. But, when everyone is working hard, dealing with the demands of increasing competition and the need to maintain your position in an increasingly global market, taking time out moves from “nice to have” to “absolutely essential”.

This workshop is so much more than just for one day.

One of the attributes of a good leader is high self awareness. To ensure you are able to make the most of your learning, we ask you to complete the pre-workshop assessment which remains strictly confidential to you. You use this information to develop an development plan following the workshop to boost your leadership when back at work. To help you even further with taking the follow-up action you have planned we provide a group coaching session two weeks after the workshop. This will help you move beyond the initial euphoria and enthusiasm and make long term improvements.

In your one day of fast paced, high-energy and positive training, you’ll learn techniques for turbo-charging your leadership skills and getting your employees on track for high performance and increased productivity. You’ll also learn how to support your team being creative, innovative and enthusiastic regardless of the type of company you work for.
