One of the attributes of a good leader is high self awareness. To ensure you are able to make the most of your learning, we ask you to select up to five people who work with you and could provide feedback on your leadership style and skills now. This 360º report remains strictly confidential to you. You use this information to develop an action plan following the workshop to boost your leadership when back at work. To help you even further with taking the follow-up action you have planned we provide a group coaching session two weeks after the workshop. This will help you move beyond the initial euphoria and enthusiasm and make long term improvements.
